Flight 513 So you’re sitting on a plane, looking at the window and enjoying the view. What happens when you can’t find the ground? Whether its cloud coverage or flying over the country side at night, a little panic sets in. Well imagine for a second that you not only can’t see the ground, you just vanish out of existence. You can’t really panic if you don’t exist, or can you. Well there were 88 passengers and 4 crew member of one such flight, and where they went is still a mystery. But, what if there is an explanation.. On the morning of September 4, 1954, a flight left Aachen, West Germany. This airplane was manned by a 4 person crew, and I am guessing seemed like it was going to be a normal flight. The flight was set to land in Porto Alegre, but didn’t make it there until October 12, 1989. Then something strange happened.. When the plane took off, it got half way across the Atlantic before all signs and communication disappeared. The radar showed absolutely no signs of the flight. The communications tower couldn’t get through to any of the crew. So in the middle of the flight, the crew and plane vanished. Disappearing over the Atlantic left the airport and authorities with one choice. The choice was to rule the flight as a crash. All of the family members were told that their family and loved ones had died. However, this is not the strangest part of the story.. When the airplane landed no one knew where it came from. It just showed up from the sky. Anyone who knows anything about planes and radars knows that no plane can disappear from the radars. So it’s safe to say that this was not normal. The plane arrived at the airport and came to a halt. No one came out. When a team from the airport got the plane and looked inside they made a horrific discovery. The only thing on the crew were skeletons. The skeletons of 88 passengers and 4 crew members, including the pilot whose bones were still connected to the steering wheel... What… How did the plane safely land directly on the run way? The plane landed on the run way, guided by a skeleton. No one knows what a happened, but there is someone who has a rather unusual theory… So how did a plane from the 1950’s manage to stay in the air? How did it manage to pull a perfect landing? Dr. Celso Atello, a paranormal researcher, is quoted as saying, “almost certainly entered a time warp, there is no other explanation.” This may seem unusual to some, but for those of us into the paranormal, we think he might be spot on. So what do you think? Do you think the good Dr. is right? I think that even our best theories will never be answered. The thing to remember is that this may never be solved, and no matter what we think our answers will never be provable. One day we may be lucky enough to find out, but until then we can just keep guessing.
