People in Huston caught a glimpse of what appeared to be a circle of floating lights hoovering over the skyline during a thunderstorm. What appeared to be a beam seemed to be located in the center of the circle of rings.
A still photograph was taken (above) of the phenomena making it seem like a perfect ring, but a video (below) that was later released made it very apparent that these lights were flying in and out of formation, separate from one another.
Dr. Carolyn Sumners, vice president for Astronomy at the Houston Museum of Natural Science, who spoke to WTSP said: "I think the trick in UFO's is figuring out what else they could be... It's easy to say that could be the aliens."
No one has claimed to know anything about what it is yet, as the government or some random scientist usually do. It is usually a weather balloon, or some random natural occurrence which happens every 1000 years.
This could, however, be a new aircraft that the government is testing, or you know, an actual ufo sighting.
The twitter image below is said to be what the objects are by one source, good luck with that one.
